Yogwe, Brand Name Owned and Operated Under Deep Fusion FZE LLC, is a company established under UAE law (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is the “Data Controller” in respect of your Personal Data.
We understand the importance of protecting the Personal Data of our customers (hereinafter referred to as “customer”, “you”, “user”, “Data Subject”). Any capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings ascribed to them under applicable UAE Data Protection laws and regulations.

Yogwe empowers users to discover their Dosha, track food, activity, and sleep, and receive AI‑driven wellness guidance. We process health data only after your explicit consent and allow you to control the wearable data shared with Yogwe. Any AI-generated suggestions are informational only and do not have legal or medical significance. Your data stays on secure UAE servers, and you may delete your account at any time to permanently remove your Personal Data.
When you use our Platform, you may provide us with your personal information such as name, email address, date of birth, gender, and country of residence, health-related data, including dietary preferences, body measurements, exercise habits, sleep patterns, hydration levels, and responses to health questionnaires, credit card/debit card and other payment details or other related information (hereinafter "Personal Data").
If you choose to integrate with Apple Health, Google Fit, Whoop, or Oura, we may collect data like step counts, heart rate, and sleep duration. Yogwe only reads this data and does not write or share it back.
We may also collect technical data (such as device identifiers and location) if enabled, along with payment information for subscription processing.
By visiting our Platform or by providing your Personal Data, you consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure and otherwise processing of your Personal Data on the Platform in accordance with this Privacy Policy. It may be noted that you always have the right not provide Personal Data.

We rely on your explicit consent for the use or processing of your sensitive data in relation to health, wearables, and marketing communications. Your Personal Data will be kept only for the time needed to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time via the app’s settings.
Yogwe employs artificial intelligence to generate personalized Dosha scores, meal evaluations, and lifestyle tips. These automated processes are designed to enhance your experience and do not produce legal or similarly significant outcomes. All guidance is informational only and is not intended as medical advice.
You may consult a medical practitioner for confirming any information related to your health provided by AI through this Platform.

Yogwe allows you to connect your account with third-party applications such as Apple Health, Google Fit, Whoop, and Oura to enhance your wellness tracking experience. These integrations are optional and only activated with your explicit permission. When you authorize such integrations, Yogwe will access specific data from these platforms in accordance with your selected permissions.
These third-party applications have their own privacy policies, and we request you to read their privacy policies prior to disclosing any information related to you.
When you grant us permission to read your exercise, nutrition, calorie, or step count data from a third-party application, we use this information to automatically populate your diary view, include it in calculations of your calorie balance, and generate weekly Dosha insights and Lifescore recommendations. Similarly, if you allow us to read your sleep data, Yogwe can provide visualizations of how the quality of your sleep interacts with your nutrition and exercise habits.
If you grant permission for Yogwe to write nutrition and hydration data to a third-party application, this enables you to leverage Yogwe’s user interface and food database to seamlessly track your dietary intake across multiple systems at once.
We encourage you to carefully review each third-party platform’s privacy policy to understand how they handle and protect your data, as Yogwe is not responsible for the data practices of these independent platforms. Yogwe does not send any of your personal data back to these platforms unless you explicitly authorize such actions.
You may modify or revoke these permissions at any time through the Yogwe app’s privacy settings or within the settings of the third-party application.
All your personal data is stored on secure servers located in the UAE. Should we need to transfer data abroad, we comply with the UAE PDPL and Cabinet Resolution No. 16 of 2023 by limiting transfers to jurisdictions deemed “adequate” by the UAE Data Office or by applying Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law. If your account remains inactive for a period of three (3) consecutive years, then, we will delete or anonymize your personal data unless we are legally required to retain it for a longer period.
If you delete your account, exercise your rights in relation to specific personal data, or opt out from processing activities such as direct marketing, we will cease storing and processing your personal data for those purposes where applicable.
However, it may be necessary for us to continue processing certain personal data for a longer period in order to comply with legal obligations or where the data protection rights invoked are not absolute or applicable (for example, retaining information for bookkeeping, tax compliance, or fraud prevention purposes).

Under the UAE PDPL and, for Users in the EEA, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; withdraw consent; object to processing; request portability of your data; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

If you are under the age of 13, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher, you are not permitted to create an account or submit any personal data through the Yogwe Services.
We encourage parents and legal guardians to actively monitor their children’s internet usage and to assist us in enforcing this Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal data without parental consent.
If you become aware that a child under the age of 13, or the applicable digital age of consent in their jurisdiction, has submitted personal data to us without appropriate parental consent, please contact us immediately at info@yogwe.com. Upon verification, we will take prompt steps to delete such information from our records in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We safeguard your personal data through a combination of technical and organizational measures, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits, to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration as per the applicable laws of the UAE.
Our Platform will contain links to other websites or mobile applications that may collect your Personal Data and you will be governed by their privacy policies of such websites or mobile applications. We request you to read their privacy policies prior to disclosing any information related to you.
It may be noted that any Personal Data you provide in our message boards, forums, comments in publications page, etc. will be available for all public users who visits our website and therefore, you may share your Personal Data at your own risk.
